We aim to make the process as straightforward as possible. Here is how we will work together to get your site online:

Preparation:
We will send you an information sheet to complete before we start the design stage. If we’re creating the written content then we may request a quick chat on the phone just to get across some specific details.

Proofing:
Using your information and style preferences, we will create an initial design proof. We’ll refine this draft based on your feedback until you are completely satisfied.

Build:
Once you approve the final design, we will bring your website to life by building the actual site.

Launch:
We will schedule a date to take your site live and finalize technical integrations, such as Google Analytics and webmaster tools.

Content Management (CMS):
Upon completion, you will receive login credentials to a CMS, allowing you to easily edit text or add new products yourself.

Project Details & Investment
Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The final balance is due once the site build is approved and signed off.

Annual Renewal:
The yearly fee is $320 + GST. This covers your website hosting, server maintenance, offsite backups, email accounts, domain management and DNS. Service maintenance available at your request.

Timeline:
Our standard design turnaround time is 5–10 working days. Depending on the complexity of your final web design and any add ons/inclusions or custom developments this will be communicated on completion of the proof stage. As always, any questions please discuss with your dedicated account manager who will keep you updated throughout your project.

Note:
The total time taken depends on how quickly we receive your content and design feedback, as well as the complexity of the final approved design. The first 5 days are typically dedicated to design proofs and revisions, while the remainder is for building, testing, and launching your site.
